Size: *Door Flat Size E - The hole in the flat is 2090mm x 770mm<br>– created using 2 off Size E Packer Flats (2090mm x 100mm) with 1 off *Door Flat Size D.

Other: An 18mm MRMDF header/spacer is installed on standard *Door Flats.

This can be removed should floorboards need to be run through the doorway.

Thus, eliminating any need to trim the door.

This additional height is added to ALL *Door Flat holes.

18mm MRMDF should be used for the liners.

For shorter/narrower doors, additional spacers should be installed.

For slightly taller or wider doors, thinner liners may be used.

Made using 6.5mm Birch Ply mounted on 70mm x 22mm timber.
